Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99.5% accuracy across CRM and proprietary systems
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Coordinate office scheduling, meeting room bookings, and vendor communications
- Process incoming documents with secure scanning and digital archiving protocols
- Generate daily reports for management with data visualization using Excel/Power BI
- Maintain digital filing systems with version control and backup procedures
- Support cross-departmental projects with ad-hoc data analysis tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in professional data entry (60+ WPM typing required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables essential)
- Proven customer service skills with conflict resolution certification
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
- Advanced knowledge of data encryption protocols
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, Acuity)
