Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client information in CRM and database systems
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call handling and message routing
- Greet and assist visitors promptly while maintaining a welcoming reception area
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, shipments, and office supplies inventory
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and calendar management for 15+ staff
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including document scanning and filing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software
- Exceptional communication skills with polished phone etiquette
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Attention to detail with proven error rate below 0.5%
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities
