- Accurately enter, update, and maintain confidential client and operational data in CRM and ERP systems
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, shipments, and office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain electronic calendars
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and digital record management
- Support office operations through basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless departmental workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 55+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error-detection abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
