Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Management: Efficiently and accurately input, update, and maintain customer and company data in our database systems.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of entered data to ensure high levels of accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Document Processing: Scan, proofread, and digitize physical documents, ensuring they are organized and easily retrievable.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and security regarding sensitive company and client information at all times.
- System Updates: Monitor inventory levels and update records to reflect current stock and status changes.
- Reporting: Assist in generating and distributing weekly or monthly data reports as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or office management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with database management software (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type with high accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading and attention to detail skills to ensure zero errors in data entry.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
