Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM and ERP systems
- Verify information against source documents to ensure 100% accuracy
- Process invoices, forms, and other critical documents within deadlines
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly activity reports
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through cross-referencing
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with department teams to streamline data workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
- US work authorization required
