Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and review data in various databases and software systems.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in data entries to ensure high-quality standards.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Transcribe data from documents and digital sources into spreadsheets and databases.
- Assist in generating weekly and monthly reports based on entered data.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles.
