Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage confidential data across multiple platforms
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and financial documents with meticulous attention
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve data discrepancies and maintain system integrity
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure compliance with data protection protocols
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in data entry or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and database management
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field required
