- Data Entry: Accurately input customer information, invoices, and sales data into our database systems with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Record Management: Organize, file, and scan physical documents, ensuring all digital and hard copy records are up to date.
- Communication: Handle incoming emails and correspondence promptly, acting as a liaison between departments and external clients.
- Scheduling: Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management for executive staff.
- Inventory Control: Assist with basic inventory tracking and office supply management as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a receptionist role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional phone etiquette is essential.
