Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Frameworks: Design and implement scalable, deep learning architectures capable of processing quantum-scale datasets in real-time.
- Optimization Strategy: Lead the optimization of model inference speed and energy efficiency for edge computing environments.
- Hybrid Intelligence: Develop methodologies for blending symbolic AI with generative models to create robust reasoning engines.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with hardware engineers to tailor neural models for neuromorphic processors and quantum co-processors.
- System Evaluation: Establish rigorous benchmarks for AI performance, safety, and ethical alignment within the system.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of top-tier machine learning engineers and data scientists in research and production.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics with a focus on Neural Networks.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in deep learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Advanced Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Hardware Insight: Familiarity with neuromorphic computing concepts or quantum machine learning algorithms is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
