Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term strategic vision for Chronos AI, specifically focusing on the technological leap projected for 2026.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives in non-invasive neural interface technologies and cognitive computing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable software and hardware architectures.
- Identify emerging global trends in AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing to inform product pivots and market entry.
- Present complex future-state scenarios to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders to secure buy-in.
- Foster a culture of innovation and speculative design within the organization.
- Oversee the ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Neuroscience, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within high-tech or R&D environments.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or defining market-shifting products.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, neural network architectures, and human-computer interaction (HCI) principles.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic narratives.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment focused on the future.
- Strong public speaking and communication skills.
