Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and articulate a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Spearhead Emerging Tech: Lead the research and integration of advanced technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neuromorphic Engineering.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof systems architecture that can handle exponential data growth.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in for high-level initiatives.
- Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Global Innovation: Stay ahead of global tech trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and market disruption.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, with the ability to captivate audiences and articulate a compelling future vision.
- Agile Mastery: Experience leading agile transformations and managing cross-functional high-performance teams.
