Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design for next-generation platforms, focusing on scalability, security, and AI integration.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential for implementation.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure the seamless delivery of innovative solutions.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Present technical visions and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and innovation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus.
