Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 3-year AI roadmap, identifying emerging trends (e.g., AGI, Spatial Computing, Neural Interfaces) to maintain a competitive advantage.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure deep learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and ethical AI researchers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks ensuring AI safety, fairness, and transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from concept to production deployment.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt technology stacks accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
