Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Architectures: Design and implement scalable deep learning models capable of processing complex, unstructured data streams for the 2026 market.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) capabilities, including reasoning, planning, and adaptive learning.
- Model Optimization: Enhance inference speeds and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployment on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish ethical guidelines for AI deployment, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in algorithmic decision-making.
- Prototype Creation: Rapidly prototype and validate new AI concepts to demonstrate feasibility for future product integration.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or deploying impactful AI systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
