Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI systems for carbon footprint reduction and resource optimization
- Develop predictive models for climate risk assessment and adaptation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating AI with renewable energy infrastructure
- Create sustainability metrics frameworks using IoT sensor networks and edge computing
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for environmental data privacy

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience developing production AI/ML systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Deep understanding of climate science principles and carbon accounting
- Track record of publishing in AI sustainability or environmental AI domains
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning for environmental text analysis
- Strong knowledge of circular economy and life cycle assessment methodologies
- Certification in AI Ethics or Environmental Management (preferred)
