We are looking for a thought leader who doesn't just react to trends but anticipates the technological landscape of 2026. You will guide our R&D teams in deploying next-generation AI models and scalable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on GenAI integration and autonomous systems.
- Oversee the transition from prototype to production for high-impact AI features.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to align technical strategy with business KPIs.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Edge Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Drive internal innovation culture and mentor senior data scientists.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure we maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI Engineering, or Product Management.
- Extensive knowledge of the AI stack, including Deep Learning, NLP, and Predictive Analytics.
- Proven experience in leading strategic transformations in large-scale tech environments.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
- Relevant advanced degree (PhD preferred in AI/ML or related field).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
