Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies (LLMs, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics) to determine viability and ROI.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Client Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert for high-value clients, advising on AI integration and digital transformation.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable frameworks for AI deployment and model governance.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to ensure Apex remains at the forefront of the AI revolution.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning engineering, or product management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with creative solutions.
