Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI roadmap, aligning with company vision and emerging tech trends
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of AI researchers, engineers, and product strategists
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Drive innovation in ethical AI frameworks and responsible deployment practices
- Secure $50M+ in strategic funding and resources for AI initiatives
- Present to C-suite executives and board members on AI strategy progress
- Oversee the development of proprietary AI platforms for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy or C-suite roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in regulated industries
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, quantum computing integration, and neuromorphic systems
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience managing $50M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 50+
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global AI research communities
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
