Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI strategic vision aligned with business objectives

- Direct cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and compliance
- Drive innovation through partnerships with leading AI research institutions
- Present strategic AI initiatives to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor emerging AI trends and adapt strategies to technological disruptions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record deploying enterprise-scale AI systems in regulated industries
- Expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, IEEE 7000)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Experience building AI ethics committees and responsible AI programs
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders
