Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI strategic roadmaps for 2026, including quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Analyze emerging AI trends (AGI, neuromorphic computing) to identify competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align AI initiatives with business objectives
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks addressing bias mitigation and transparency
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype AI solutions for client-specific challenges
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and advocate for responsible AI adoption policies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI strategy consulting or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in machine learning, NLP, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Published research in AI ethics or emerging technology trends
- Experience with AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
