Responsibilities
- Lead pioneering research in quantum-enhanced AI algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Design neural architectures capable of real-time multimodal data fusion across 50+ data sources
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring alignment with human values in autonomous decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready systems
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Mentor PhD candidates and publish 3+ papers annually at NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR
- Present breakthrough findings at World Economic Forum and UN Technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML with 5+ years of research experience at top-tier institutions (MIT, Stanford, DeepMind)
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in top AI venues with 5,000+ citations
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic hardware
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI systems serving 1M+ users
- Experience securing federal research grants with $10M+ in awarded funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing (Spark, Dask)
- Demonstrated ability to lead international research teams across 3+ continents
