Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural architectures for quantum-resistant machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in AGI safety protocols and explainable AI systems
- Develop novel algorithms for edge-computing neural networks with sub-millisecond latency
- Collaborate with robotics teams to integrate multimodal perception systems
- Author breakthrough research publications in top-tier AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI development practices
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants through innovative proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or equivalent with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with >1000 citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
- Demonstrated success in securing government/industry research grants
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (AWS/GCP/Azure)
