Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Collaborate with R&D to validate technical feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on future-tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D leadership within tech/finance/healthcare sectors
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing)
- Track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Strong background in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
