- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI ethics and responsible innovation
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on federally funded projects
- Patent 2+ breakthrough AI methodologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI (2020-2023)
- Expertise in quantum computing and federated learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow at scale
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems with 1M+ user impact
- Experience with DARPA/NASA research protocols
