Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for next-generation autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on ethical AI alignment and bias mitigation
- Develop predictive models for climate adaptation technologies with 95%+ accuracy
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually at NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI conferences
- Prototype quantum-enhanced algorithms for real-time natural language processing
- Mentor junior researchers and establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 innovators
- Drive open-source contributions to TensorFlow and PyTorch ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in top-tier ML/AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in ethics and governance of large-scale AI systems
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic hardware
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems impacting >1M users
