Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen AI frameworks for quantum-enhanced machine learning
- Pioneer ethical AI governance protocols for 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing autonomous decision systems
- Author breakthrough research papers for top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature AI)
- Secure $1M+ in federal grants for future-focused AI initiatives
- Mentor postdoctoral fellows in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI/Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record in top-tier AI/ML conferences (h-index ≥ 25)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of commercializing AI research (3+ patents)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and evolving global AI regulations
- Fluency in Python, PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
