Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives in generative AI and autonomous systems targeting 2026 deployment milestones

- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to develop hybrid AI-quantum algorithms for exponential performance gains
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation protocols for large-scale industrial applications
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at global AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive open-source initiatives to accelerate collective innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years of industry research experience
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS, ICML, or similar tier-1 AI conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and distributed ML systems
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with experience in high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, explainability (XAI), and responsible AI deployment
- Strong background in at least one additional domain: quantum computing, neuroscience, or computational linguistics
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into production-ready solutions
