Responsibilities
- Architect and implement novel AI frameworks for 2026-era applications in healthcare, climate modeling, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance protocols for next-generation neural networks
- Drive breakthroughs in quantum machine learning algorithms with 1000+ qubit processing capabilities
- Collaborate with Nobel Prize-winning researchers on AGI alignment and consciousness modeling
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and publish in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future AI Fellowship Program
- Translate theoretical research into scalable commercial products with 10M+ user impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years of AI research
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum computing, and neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of securing research grants from NSF, DARPA, or similar institutions
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (10,000+ GPU clusters)
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Patent portfolio with 5+ AI-related innovations
