Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-gen neural architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying AI prototypes to Fortune 500 clients
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI conferences
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Secure $500K+ in annual research grants from federal/private sources
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Quantum Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/ML with 3+ years industry R&D experience
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier-1 venues
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum-inspired algorithms
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible ML frameworks
- Track record of translating research into commercial products
- Experience securing SBIR/NSF grants preferred
