- Author 3+ high-impact publications/year in AI/ML conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and publish open-source frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in applied AI research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven experience with large-scale distributed training systems
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
