Responsibilities
- Lead advanced R&D in neural networks and generative AI for 2026-era applications
- Design and implement next-generation AI architectures with 10x efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical-quantum AI models

Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research experience with 10+ publications in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment
- Strong background in computational theory and algorithm optimization
- Demonstrated success in translating research into commercial products
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing frameworks
