Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Lead cross-functional research projects in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Develop scalable ML pipelines processing petabytes of real-time data
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied ML research with 20+ peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI systems
- Strong background in quantum computing or ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex multidisciplinary challenges
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
