Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 5+ years industry research experience
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with distributed training optimization
- Track record of translating research into production-level systems serving 1M+ users
