Responsibilities
- Lead R&D on neural decoding algorithms for real-time brain-computer interfaces
- Develop adaptive ML models that learn from human cognitive patterns

- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent novel methodologies
- Ensure ethical compliance in AI-human interaction protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging neuro-AI paradigms
- Present findings at international conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Neuroscience, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in machine learning research with publications in top-tier venues
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and high-performance computing
- Strong background in signal processing for neural data (EEG/MEG)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrated experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
- Portfolio of open-source contributions or industry patents preferred
