Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Develop novel neural architectures for autonomous decision-making systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Published 5+ papers in Nature/Science or NeurIPS/ICML proceedings
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Cirq, or equivalent quantum ML frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Strong background in topological data analysis and tensor networks
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures
- Fluency in Python/C++ with optimized GPU/TPU deployment skills
- Ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into commercial applications
