Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant AI models for 2026-scale autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and generative AI
- Develop novel algorithms for real-time ethical decision-making frameworks
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on federated learning projects
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through NIH/NSF proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 2026 Fellowship Program
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years R&D
- Published work in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with quantum computing exposure
- Proven track record of commercializing AI research products
- Strong background in ethical AI alignment and bias mitigation
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Dask)
- Ability to secure federal research funding
- Patents in machine learning or quantum algorithms preferred
