Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-inspired AI architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial AI solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence
- Secure federal and private research grants for advanced AI initiatives
- Present research findings to C-suite executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in advanced AI research with 3+ publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, or neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to secure $500K+ in research funding
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
- Experience leading research teams of 5+ scientists
