Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for next-gen AI applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI solutions for autonomous vehicles and smart cities
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment in healthcare and finance sectors
- Secure $2M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Mentor PhD interns and junior researchers through our Innovation Fellowship Program
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready systems with 99.9% accuracy
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years post-grad experience
- Proven track record of publishing 5+ papers in AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in ethical AI and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills in complex, ambiguous technical environments
