Responsibilities
- Lead advanced R&D initiatives in generative AI, quantum computing, and neural networks
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) annually
- Prototype and deploy ML models processing 10TB+ datasets daily
- Mentor PhD fellows and cross-functional innovation teams
- Secure $2M+ in government and private research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven ability to commercialize research into scalable products
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or computer vision
- Experience securing NSF or DARPA funding
