Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI/ML algorithms for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional projects to integrate research findings into scalable production environments
- Develop patent-pending solutions in computer vision, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners to advance AI ethics and safety standards
- Mentor junior researchers while publishing findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Architect experimental frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid computing models
- Drive innovation in edge AI deployment for next-generation IoT ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years of industry research experience
- Proven track record of publishing at major AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Strong background in reinforcement learning, generative models, or multi-agent systems
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into production-level solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
