Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for real-time multimodal data processing
- Lead quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithm development
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with neuromorphic hardware engineers to optimize AI efficiency
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry research experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and generative models
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Published record in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Strong background in computational neuroscience or quantum computing
- Experience with MLOps and productionizing research prototypes
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research into commercial applications
