Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Published record in top-tier AI conferences (minimum 10 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA, NIH)
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Track record of translating research into commercial applications
