Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures for quantum computing integration
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and bias mitigation frameworks
- Publish findings in top-tier AI conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Develop scalable algorithms for real-time AI inference in edge computing environments
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to lab's technical roadmap
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with transformer architectures and deep learning frameworks
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Strong background in statistical modeling and algorithm optimization
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and NISQ-era algorithms
- Proven ability to translate complex research into practical applications
