Responsibilities
- Develop novel AI architectures and algorithms for next-generation applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and deploy research breakthroughs
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices for experimental validation
- Secure external funding through grants and industry partnerships
- Ensure ethical AI development frameworks are implemented in all projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years post-doctoral experience
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Strong background in at least one specialization: NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Experience with large-scale model training (10B+ parameters) and optimization
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into production-ready solutions
