- Architect and execute AI research roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points

- Secure $5M+ in government and industry research grants annually
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals per year
- Mentor PhD researchers and develop patent portfolios
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams for hybrid AI-quantum solutions
- Present findings at global tech conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML/Computer Science with 8+ years of industry research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/ML journals
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
