We are seeking a visionary AI & Quantum Readiness Lead to architect the technological infrastructure for the year 2026. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing integration.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems that leverage AI for predictive analytics and automation.
- Oversee the transition from classical computing models to hybrid quantum-classical environments.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team, ensuring best practices in code quality and system security.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our product roadmap.
- Ensure compliance with all industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and machine learning pipelines.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, algorithms, and current hardware limitations.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
