Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures optimized for quantum hardware integration.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead R&D projects in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Quantum Machine Learning (QML).
- Optimize Neural Networks: Refine deep learning models to run efficiently on edge devices and hybrid cloud environments.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Ensure Ethical AI Compliance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation, transparency, and responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, high-stakes engineering challenges.
