Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating AI with quantum hardware
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Develop proprietary error-correction protocols for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with academic partners
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grant applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum AI

- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
