Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading quantum/AI R&D teams with published top-tier papers
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, TensorFlow Quantum, and D-Wave systems
- Proven track record of securing government/industry research grants
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth) and memristor systems
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
