Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum-resistant AI algorithms
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI convergence methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction protocols
- Proven track record of developing production-level AI systems at scale
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning frameworks (e.g., PennyLane, Qiskit)
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and distributed systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., QKD, PQC)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation
